Assistant Property Manager - HUD Section 8 Senior Housing
Compensation: $25-$34/hour (DOE)

Summary:
Support the Property Manager in overseeing a 100+ unit affordable senior housing community. Collaborate with leasing, maintenance, and resident services teams. Responsibilities include leasing, compliance, resident relations, and financial record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily operations and scheduling
  • Handle resident inquiries and concerns
  • Manage leasing, move-ins, and annual recertifications
  • Maintain waiting list and resident files
  • Process rent payments, vendor invoices, and work orders
  • Coordinate with maintenance staff
  • Provide general office support
  • Ensure compliance with affordable housing regulations

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in leasing; 1 year required in HUD
  • Yardi Voyager experience required
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and office equipment
  • Must pass background and drug screening
